Job Description
We are looking to employ a qualified and professional staff nurse to provide primary healthcare within our organization. The staff nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, as well as planning of care and subsequent recovery. You should possess a nurturing and kind personality and display excellent communication skills with all role players. The successful candidate should be able to work closely with health care practitioners to ensure the recovery of patients. Ultimately, a top-notch staff nurse should possess an exceptional track record and display a high standard of patient care. We are looking for company representative who is motivated to work with us to represnt our company and deals with the customers and take responsibilities to resolve member's complaints by finding problems,devloping solutions,submitting reports and recommendation to management.
Responsibilities
1). Identify hazards in the workplace and provide solutions.
2).Serving members by managing the delivery of products/services and meeting their needs.
3).Develop programs to maintain health and safety.
4). Serving existing accounts,obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organising by daily work schedule.
5.)Treat emergency injuries.
6.)Assist with the continuous development of staff.
7). keeping management informed by submitting activities and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plan and monthly and annual regional analysis.
8). Resolve members complaints by investigating problems, devloping solutions, submitting reports and recommendation to management.
9). Maintain professional and technical knowledge, establishing personal environments.
10). Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
11). Managing the subordinates & supervising the time bound delivery of company's services/products to the members.
Skills and Qualifications
1). Proven nursing experience.
2).Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge.
3).Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
4).Compassionate with good communication skills.
5).Excellent teamwork skills.
6). A nursing degree BS or diploma in nursing.
7).Valid nursing board registration.
8).Post qualification nursing experience.
You must have a thorough understanding of and ability to apply the principles and provide the necessary proof that you possess the bachelor's degree.
